Shipping
All orders are shipped via FEDEX. We will email you the tracking number for your package so you can track and monitor the status of your shipment. National tracking is free of charge.
Once shipped, Luxury RoomⓇ is no longer responsible for it. If you would like your shipment insured, an additional 4% of your total purchase is required.
Warranty
All our pieces come with a one-year warranty, which covers the following:
1. Repairs due to falling stones. This only applies if you send us the piece along with the stone.
2. To validate the warranty, please visit our branch or send a shipment so we can receive the piece.
Any additional repairs will be quoted and the minimum charge will be applied.
Production times
These vary depending on the type of part.
In-stock parts: Ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Custom and out-of-stock parts: Ship within 15 to 18 business days, with the exception of certain parts.
Exchanges and returns
Product exchanges can be made within the first 5 business days, counting from the day the package is received, as long as the piece and packaging are in perfect condition and the order is not customized.
You can adjust your piece at no additional cost during the first year of your purchase.
refunds
We do not offer refunds on any type of piece. If your piece is not personalized, you can exchange it for another of equal or lesser price, or receive a certificate with the full value of the piece.

promotions
Discount codes or interest-free months are valid when used individually, not in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. They are also non-cumulative.
